Keeping a home, an office or an estate running in Accra usually means juggling a handful of vendors over WhatsApp, chasing people who don’t show up, and having no proof the work was ever done. We think that’s backwards. Urbanovex puts every service on one platform with a booked slot, a vetted operator, and a signed record - so “done” actually means done.
How we started
Built from the
frustration of it.
Urbanovex started with a simple, familiar problem: the waste didn't get collected on time, the cleaner cancelled last minute, and there was no one to hold accountable. Every service was a separate contact, a separate negotiation, and a separate gamble.
So we built the platform we wanted as customers - one place to book any service, priced before you commit, assigned to a vetted operator, and verified with a checklist and a signature on every visit. The same rails work whether you're a household or a facilities team running twenty sites.
We're a Ghanaian company building for Ghanaian realities - intermittent networks, mobile-money-first payments, and the difference the rains make to a compound. Everything is designed to work on the phone in your hand, on the connection you actually have.
