Auto-charge is opt-in
Save a card and the monthly invoice charges itself — 'until I cancel' means exactly that. Skip it and you'll get the invoice to pay by MoMo instead.
Pause or cancel any time
Plans have no lock-in. Pause for a month of travel, cancel outright — remaining visits are honoured and nothing renews behind your back.
Every visit still gets signed off
Plan visits run the same checklist and sign-off as one-offs. The month's proof-of-service records attach to the invoice.
