Step 01

Book a slot that's real

Availability comes from live operator capacity in your zone — not a diary someone forgot to update. If the app offers 10:00, someone qualified is free at 10:00. Double-booking is blocked in the database itself.

Step 02

The operator works the checklist

Every service has a checklist built for it — item by item, Yes / No / N·A with notes, photos where they matter. Skipping isn't an option; the visit can't complete with the list half-done.

Step 03

You sign before they leave

A walkthrough, then your signature drawn on the operator's phone. Not happy with an item? It's marked, noted and followed up — signed records cut both ways.

Step 04

The proof lands with the receipt

The signed checklist becomes a proof-of-service page attached to your branded receipt and invoice. Months later, you can still show exactly what was done, by whom, and who agreed.
